Things were looking pretty bleak after Crookers released a debut album that was…less than good. It seemed like the founders of this scene were either slacking off or just running away from their roots. Count & Sinden invaded serato discs around the world with ‘Beeper ft. Kid Sister’ in 2008. Since then they’ve joined the roster of djs you need to include at your festival, bombing audiences with fidget style bass. Hearing ‘After Dark’ is a much needed affirmation to those who jumped into dance music around the same time as myself. Thankfully these guys have the right idea in terms of progressing thier music.
